I take it this means games only on 360, Wii, and PS3 correct?

 

Indeed that is correct. I would also accept some new PC games as well

 

so only new games? like release this year?

 

Some next generation games were from last year as well. But most games released this year is most likely legitimate.

 

Yea any games on the X-box 360 are allowed...and lots of those games are from last year.

I guess it would. I'll make it that any game released after mid-2007 is acceptable
