It's irrelevant as to whether or not the site you took it from have permission to use it, it's still an uneligible entry. Simply because you didn't directly take it from the original maker doesn't make you exclude to the rules surrounding it.

Unless you can confirm with the original artist, personally, entry shouldn't count.

 

Alright, I guess my entry is invalid than. Thanks... Does that mean Gamewallpapers.com is invalid too though? It even says that CGWallpapers.com is the same people that made gamewallpapers.com (says on homepage)(Also Links to each other all over site and logo is the same lol.) Only asking because I do not want to be disqualified again as I get many images from there lol.
