Hey , I'm trying to connect with somebody on Remote Assistance but everytime I try to connect. I just says attempting to connect then nothing happens can somebody help me?
We both have our Firewalls disabled and windows one also and we've both clicked the Remoate Assistance box's in System Properties. I've also tryed connecting with someone else and its failed and so has he..
If i have home and he has pro will that make a difference? I'll pay 50 credits to who can ever help me because im starting to get raged..
yes it will, there are otherprograms you can try, just go to cnet.com and search for remote and youll find what you want
my old computer tech used this program called vnc, ill find it http://www.download.com/VNC-Remote-Install...ml?tag=lst-0-10 he could get into any os system if you dont know how to work it, search google, ull get alot more that i suggest: http://www.download.com/Remote-Support-Sys...tml?tag=lst-0-4 http://www.download.com/Remote-Desktop/300...tml?tag=lst-0-5 http://www.download.com/Remote-Screen-Tran...tml?tag=lst-0-7 and may i ask what you are trying to do with it cause certain programs have their strengths and weaknesses all files posted are free to use, not a stupid trial 50 creds plz
he needs to enable remote ? control panel > system >remote. I know for sure win xp home edition comes in disabled form, so you have to enable it.
You can do remote assistance WinXP Home to Pro and Home To Pro and vice versa, just so you know.. whoever said it would be a problem.
