why do you belive in your religion??
i dont want you to prech to me about how wonderful it is to find god and i should do it...
i wanna know why you do it? what drive you to belive something that may not be true?

 

I'm an Agnostic/Aethiest.

Agnostic is you believe in something, just not sure what

Aethiest is no relegion.

I want to believe there is a high power then a big bang, but I have no proof of this. But I was a Christian up until I was about 12, then I pitched it.

God is something for the people who can't get through life on their own, to look up to, and unlock their own willpower from. That's all it really is. Now when I say they cant get through life on their own, doesnt mean they are all just weak people. Some have very tough lifes, some dont know how to manage it. Etc. Also, don't start giving tons of money to the church if you go it's just a waste and not going towards God. Do not start preaching to people about God unless they want to hear your insight on it. Do not just get pissed at people for not agreeing in your religion, especially if they don't get pissed because of what you believe, doesn't seem like a nice christian if ya do that.(or whatever your religion ends up as). Thats all I got to say...

But I'll keep track of this topic, it's a fun one, untill flames come.

If you actually opened your eyes and let information on religon bypass your ignorant mind then you might actually see why people believe in whatever they believe.

i think religion is the stupidest thing, and people have killed each other over it for thousands of years.

god is just a character in a book, and some idiots decided to pretend the book is real.

imagine if we all believed that harry potter was a wizard. and we all thought he was the most powerful being on the planet.

thats all that happened with the bible. its just a book, and someone pretended it was real, and look what has happened.

 

I believe in Islam, because it is the only religion with enough proofs and is the most peaceful one as well. There are so many things in Islam that if one knows them he can't wait to implement, I should tell you a few examples; Slandering and Cursing is forbidden in Islam; Terrorism is worst to be done as said in Islam; If you kill somebody there is no way you will be forgiven unless and until you completely regret it with true heart; We believe in Allah who cannot be seen but we believe in him, and that he is the only one worth the worshiping and who is the most merciful and beneficent and is the creator of everything which exists; If you read Qur'an you will find things completely logical. I have complete guides on it, believing in something which is in front of your eyes is stupid IMO.. Most of the people now think that Islam is a terrorist organization but its not in any way if you read and see the real Muslims, you would wish to sit and talk to them. Me & Darkstar, for those who think Islam promotes terrorism are the best example to see how we talk act and be with everyone we are also Muslims, do you see anything in us which is like a terrorist? No right?

Just posted that material to clear that Islam is not a terrorist organization for those who think it is.

Yeah, it is an opinion, but yours was completely arrogant in contrary to everyone else's. You've proved it with nothing, and called religous people weak, whatever way you meant it, it's completely ridiculous, calling people weak for a belief is complete and utter crap!

Anyway, I'll just watch and see what happens to this thread, for now.
