    Nice colors, effects, and flow. I think the depth is little bad; maybe have the phoenix stick out just a little bit.

    thanks i'll try to fix it, best way to do that is with a layer with blur filter and erasing the phoenix and a layer with sharpen filter and erase the background?

    V2 looks alot better but it isn't finished. You still need the phoenix to pop out alot little more.

    updated again real quick, i did some b/w gradiantmapping n it makes the phoenix pop out more but lose some color :X dunno if i like it but its just a real quick try out as my dinner is getting cold atm :P

    I like v2...focal isn't that bad considering it's a phoenix in a fire..anyways, effects, flow, and color scheme all are nicely done.
