Can you give us the stock or render? I don't know if its Halo or a Motorbike Driver.
Is the reflection the image on the far right side of the helmet? Or, he is the madman and his looking at his own reflection and the smudges on the far left and far right look like peoples legs.

I am not going to tell you what the message means, you will have to figure that out on your own. The render is Master Chief, the same render Propel used in our "Into the Maw" collab.

Hmm...looks like it has potential to be a whole lot better.

I'd like to see more FX to make it look a bit less dull though.

 

My main purpose was to do the whole subliminal message thing but didn't know what to do about the background so I did that. If I can think of any other effects, I'll add the,.

Yes it is the Gungrave guy, lol.

It wasn't meant to be all effects, I actually only added them because Master Chief's head with a reflection is kind of boring.
