    I got mine back in a week, it was 10 days total from the day I called Microsoft to the day I got a new 360 back. :)

    RRD sucks though... :(

    Yeah, but I live all the way in Guam. Should take at least 6-8 weeks to get it back when I send it in to Microsoft.
