This thought came when reading Mekkio's post in the Heavan or Hell thread. Do you think it's possible that our reality isn't really......real? I know this might seem dumb or better suited for an action movie but it's a question that could make for an interesting conversation. Maybe we are in some Matrix-esque machines that we live by. I know I've had plenty of dreams that I couldn't tell if they were just dreams or not. Thoughts?
Dude... you should get some sleep before you mind starts twisting you to think of more alternate realities. I'm currently happy with where I am, don't want to think anymore than that... lol.
People kept calling all night -_- So this is probably an effect of that and my head is starting to hurt now because of it. This seriously is one of those things that if thought about too much could drive a person insane.

Heres my thought. Theres no past, because all we have to recognize the past is memories, and those are just ideas. Therefore, everything is an idea. I mean, that may seem basic and all, really, my house, my computer, those things arent real, theyre just ideas. Theres no way to prove against it. We basically live in the moment, surrounded by ideas.
on the idea of this no past theory of yours, it is impossible to imagine what the long gone past is like, and because of this the idea of no past seems kinda pheasible...

Ive always though of something like that too. I have always thought that there has already been like 15 worlds of humans that have ended just like this world will eventually end some time. Like there has been earlier human civiliazations that have had 5,000 times more advanced technology than us. God has known and always will know what we will do in a minute and next year. He knows everything. So I do believe that the world is kind of controlling us. BUT I DONT KNOW..guessing

LOL, I keep thinking that my life is like "The Truman Show". But it is some higher power (not a human) creating this scene for me and it's one big test to see how I do and if I live up to what is expected of me. I know I'm wrong, but the thought just keeps clinging on to me.
how do we even know if we are controlled by aliens, but every sight of them, they erase our memory? so we're like a project to them.
