Realism - Joker

    Im not finished with this one need some tips on what to add, i want to get the lighting from the explosion on the the back of the joker and the building and cars to the right got some tips on how to do that?

    It didnt really come out the way i wanted it, the explosion anyway.... :(

    Too blurry.. Like the flames being blurred is good for the depth, but everything else doesn't need the blurring. To getting lighting on the other areas, make a new layer lightly brush in a yellow/orange color where you want the lighting and play with the opacity and modes. I'd suggest Overlay. The flames are also a little too bright for my tastes so possibly make a new layer, fill with black set to overlay lower opacity and erase everywhere except the flames to give them some contrasting.
