First - 5/10 - Plain, and the basic flow is mucked up by the 'waves' in the line...Also, keeping the black stroke of the line doesn't look that good... >-<

Second - 7.5/10 - I like the murky style, and the cyan highlights. The text is also well done, but like the first sig, the lines (especially the one on the right hand side) could do with some work.
