I like the effects.. Seems like you used the Gaussian blur on screen/lighten, though.. Which I'm not a huge fan of. Also I think the text would look better on the left side somewhere.

not bad. not bad at all. is that the girl from harry potter? emma....watson? it's hard to tell exactly what you did to the stock photo, but i do like the text. alot.

border fits too. borders are hard to pull off, so nice.
