The first one - way too over the place and messy. I like the concept of it though 7.5/10

Second - too many effects and splatter ---- going on. Maybe add some colors to make them flow in better? Or just lower there opacity

There is flow, but no color flow. No matching at all. Text Outer Glow with that standard color isn't very nice. Pixelstretch is basic to.
