Well if you want some comments sure why not...lol.

K...first one, its too monotone....and that color doesnt really go with that render. And as well, the text doesnt really fit the tech theme of the sig. It is good text, but just you need a better tech text.

Then for the second one, the render needs to be blended in, it stands out way too much. And the text looks like you did bevel and emboss and you should not have. And then the background with the ripple or wave effect just brings down the appeal of the sig.
