apparently my athlon 64 3000+ with half the cache, lower HTT speed, slower ram, half the cores, and 600mhz less clock speed performs better...
SRlab isn't always right, it said my pc and gfx card was far from reaching the requirements line, but i can play it without hassle.
Yeah it is one sucky card dude I have a worse one though, so why complain I didnt have enough money to buy anything worth while, so now I am saving for a GF 7900GT. 300 bucks.
I did that test thing for Obilivion ... and I failed because I dont have a DVD-ROM drive ;( ... Thinkin of buying one at Staples ... they have a DVD Burner on sale for $20 after rebates
Dude, I think you need to upgrade that Common. You need something better than that to even play CS 1.6 .
it says the INT GeForce 6100GFX on my secondary system max everything out due to having 512mb of Vram... umm shared system ram of which only 64mb is allocated... and for the record, CS 1.6 drops to 15fps in smoke. and again my "better than an FX60 Proc" fails their rating for FEAR on a technicality, yes, because of my slow, and underpowered processor... only 2.6GHz... Fvcking Intel making a GHz worth less than it really is... I swear when the Core Duos come out SRTest will be having fun rating those...
nah lol cs 1.6 i cna run perfectly but my internet connection is really messed so yea.. i get on average 60fps so i tihnk thats good?
actually it is true, past 64mb of Vram the importane of it greatly diminishes. There are few vRAM hungry games though, BF2 and DoomIII come to mind, FEAR is also RAM hungry, btu i think it's just due to being inefficient
