Not bad dont like the text i think jus keep it normal and it would look alot better,maybe add some ligting around the guy or sharpen but sharpen mayruin it, nice ffects but the right looks kinda empty.
its alright but the effects seem a little blurry and i i think more of the same colors should be added blue+white+yellow is throwing off the sig a bit and the right side seems a little empty

Just keep experimenting with adjustment layers and you'll find something. . As for the tag, looks good, nice flow, but the right side's indeed too empty.
