//yea man the Wu is dope, GZA is a genius (no pun intended). How about the real HIPHOP when it was at its peak. Im talking about KRS-One, PE, Gang Starr, A Tribe Called Quest, Common in his early days, EPMD, Rakim, Jeru The Damaja, Lord Finesse, Percee P, Too Short, the whole DITC crew, and all of those amazing artists. In the 90s we had artists hold it down like Big L, The Notorious B.I.G., Pac, Nas, AZ, Jay-Z, Bone Thugs, Chino XL, and Mobb Deep. Nows it is commercial and out of hand. I dont wanna see Nelly as the image of rap music right now. nd if you think that anyone is better than KRS-One, i wanna battle you out verbaly so gimmie a holler...peace all//

I love rap music, listen to it all the time, i used to be into mainstream/radio stuff, but then a friend showed me some Bone thugs ----, and well its all history now!
I mostly listen to Tupac, Biggie, Jay-Z, Immortal Technique, Big L, Nas, Rakim, a littel Eminem, Mobb deep, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and some more, I mostly listen to their earlyer stuff tho, like Nas's Illmatic album is amazing
