random reloads?

    alot of times...ill be here...and the site just restarts itself. it doesnt matter wut im doing...it will just do it. im surprised it hasnt done it now to me. but wuts the deal?

    Get a spyware remover. Try downloads.com. I think Adaware has a trial version that will probably have what you're looking for.

    Spybot Search and Destroy is the best one for spyware, if its adware run your virus scanner, best hope is having Norton Antivirus! or you could run the online scanner Pc-Cillin, very useful if you have a crappy virus scan :D

    as phoenix said SpyBot is the best for running in the background.....will stop alot.r

    once you have been "infected" , I personally use Ad-aware 6.0 / its freer
    r
    run them both, 1st run spy bot

    use Ad-Aware ... it removes all your spyware

    erm pretty sure cos i haev been travelling Australia and when i got back my dad had it installed :D and hes a n00b :D so if it didnt come on a magazine (free prog anyway) its around somewhere, try www.download.com

    ive had S&D and ad-aware....both are good. i fixed my problems...thanx yall
