Orange Box is over-rated in my opinion... Portal was fun for a bit, but the main games just couldn't hold my attention that well.
I think you would get more entertainment out of the orange box...Vegas is fun but it ends and the multi player is pretty limited.
okay it depends on if you have like mass hours to spend playing or not cause a 3 hour session of drinking and playing realism mode was the end of the game for me too short for the money as for the Orange box well let's see you get half life 2 which is about the same amount of time spent to beat, but you do get episode 1 and 2 to go along with it to add another 4 or more hours of gameplay then you get the next generation of what was one of the greatest and funnest MP games that valve ever sold before counterstrike was introduced and also as an added bonus you get the very fun and in ways funny game portal. Don't know about you guys but I would rather have variety than just a ruched through tom clancy game. Although the story is cool it's worth about an afternoon of renting it
Well I'm considering Rainow Six Vegas because it's going to have a sequel. I'll wait for the orange box to lower it's price before getting it.
And yea, if you do want to get Rainbow Vegas 2, get the first one. The orange box is just a one time play through game. And if you like realistic multiplayer, you'll hate, HATE, TF2
