Why is it that only whites can be racists?" i was looking around the fourm and found this and me being african american this really pissed me off 1. theres is a "WET" its called CMT not all white people watch it just like not all black people watch BET 2. the reason that there is things like the NAACP is becuase once apon a time when everything wasnt fine there was a nasty thing called slavery and becuase of slavery and 400 years of being opressed help has to come from somewhere...the white man got a 400 year head start...white men where going to college and voting and being free before it was even a dream for blacks.and you tell me white are the only one that can be racist? wrong but majorty of it is white racism...black jokes? mexican jokes? and you say carjack and shoot and steal but really? im pretty sure people of all colors comit crimes? even though im black it doesnt mean i do any of those things...from the day i was born i was going to be judged by the color of my skin. and yes sterotypes do come from somewhere...but understand that doesnt mean a whole race comes from that sterotype. when black people say black pride it means there proud of where that came from and what they've become when white people say white power/pride it is asumed rasicm because the only people that have ever said that ment it a hateful way... tell me this why were these men stripped of there medals because they were proud of who they are but when these men say white power they means it in the worst way possible and tell me a time in the history of the world that white americans have been opressed by white americans?

A black man trys to resist arrest, the cop better be careful or he's slapped with a racism/excessive use lawsuit. No, I'm not dramatizing this whole thing. Remember when the white cops "beat up" the black dude a couple years ago (forgot the name)? He was driving drunk, didn't stop for the cops, and then to add onto it, he was resisting arrest. I thought they did everything by the book. They have the right to kick his ass if he's resisting arrest. Now, the only reason they got in trouble is because some jackass with a camera started taping halfway and at that point it looked like they were just beating on him. Another thing. BET, NAACP, and the United Negro College Fund. Ofcourse there are more organizations, but those are the main ones that come to mind. I find that more racist then going down the street shouting white power. But you know, if there were white versions of those organizations, it'd be racist because it isn't politically correct.
