    Looks too dull, obvious you used an adjustment layer to turn brightness down cos of the eyes.

    It needs to have the brightness turned up a little, and the contrast turned up maybe?

    Nice. I like it, but as others have said, maybe bring the eyes out more? Is that Evan Rachel Wood? She's hawt :P
