Hey guys, if someone had a contest for a forum skin for their website that made a large sum of money. Would using pictures of game characters in the banner/skin be against copyright laws? I understand that if It was fan art being used, then yes it would be copyrighted but say its from official game art. Released by the makers of the game.
meh.. GR do it.. they dont get sued.. if you make your website liike.. advertised LOADs.. liek .. on trians and Random people will go there.... yeh it is!
