    its already started @ 300

    You have to raise by a minimum of 50.. = 350....

    The 'start' is the starting price. The 'up' or 'raise' = how much you must add to the previous bid.

    i.e. If some one before you bids 500 and the raise/up is 150 then you must bid 650 if you wish to bid.
