Hey guys I understood that you guys didn't really understand what I wanted in my last post so i'll try again = ) I need to know how to add a shiny effect . Make it kinda look like oily, like a substance like body oil such as if I have a black filled square how do I add shiney effects? I just seen it done just for animated game skins but no clue how to do it.

ermm i think i remember something from one of auda's old tuts
    apply the image then
    image > adjustments > threshold

then do a gaussian blur at about 4 and set it to soft light that gives a shiny effect on most things
itll only work on sigs though if i remember

What I always used was this:

New layer > Apply Image > Gaussian blur 1px > Lighten

    Thats it :P

What do you mean shiny? Have you tried a white 1y 1x dropshadow on whatever you're trying to shiney up?
