cheapest intel processor clocked at 3.2GHz is a Celeron D and is so-so at best...

fan, umm you can get 3 120mm fans for like 15$ shipped, 10$ non-shipped

    what i suggest^

    here's your ----teron

here is the less crappy, but still semi-slow p4

    here is a real CPU
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819115005
    compareable to a 3.4-3.6GHz Pentium D and easily reaches 3.0GHz itself(where it is comapreable to a 5.5-6GHz Pentium D)
I have one which reaches 3.0+GHz without breaking a sweat at stock volts

and as for RAM, huge price gouging going on right now... might want to wait but if not...

we have no idea if you need DDR1 or DDR2...
