Well ive been searching and searching and i have yet to find a good tut on how to make boarders. ex. i want to play a like 5 pixel board where the the outsides tansparent. can any1 help?
maybe just get the marquee tool... select over your whole sig.. or whatever go to edit stroke 5px select the color you want... click ok then set the layer on overlay? or change the opacity
www.good-tutorials.com Has a lot on Borders etc. if your new to photoshop. Try what Rbo said, but with practice you'll figure it out yourself.
