It's a different mentality. Blacks do it, and so do Latinos. I'm was born and raised in South America, and I notice a huge difference in the attitude here and there. Down there, if a hot girl passes by, it's only natural to turn around and keep looking at her, because hey, she's hot as hell. Here, on the other hand, whites for some reason are afraid to be thought of as rapists or sexual deviants (or whatever reason they have for not looking at her) if they do it, so they don't. Blacks are similar to latinos in that respect; they see a hot girl and they will keep looking at her, simply because she's hot.

It's actually hilarious. Staring at a black girl is funny. The reaction they give is priceless. All you have to do is stare at them for a little while, then just sit back and watch them do flips. Another fun thing to do. Walk up behind them in the hallway when they're talking with a bunch of their friends. Now tap one on the shoulder. Don't say anything, just tap, then silence. Watch the hilarity begin.
You're a black tomboy, and you don't expect attention? There's a couple girls who I mistook for guys until their friends told me- and I still didn't believe it. Can't help but stare and ask yourself whether or not it's a male or female, especially when they try their hardest to look like a man.
