Question About 802.11b And Pocket Pc

    Okay, I'm thinking about buying an HP iPAQ rx3715. I saw that it has 802.11b wireless on it. Will the 802.11b work with my dad's 802.11g router in his room? I head somewhere that 802.11g is just faster, and the b version will work with it. But i just want to make sure before i spend $450 on something that might not work with the network! ^_^

    yep, 'b' is compatable with a 'g' router, its backwards compatable.
