The last I reformated, the screen went blanked. That was because the resolution was to big for my monitor. Now, I'm going to reformat it. Just in case the problem comes up again, how do you change the resolution in startup?
Well if your resolution is to high for a particular monitor this is how you change it. Press F8 while your system is booting up and go to safe mode. Then uninstall the video drivers. Reboot, then once things are back to normal reinstall the video drivers. The basic way to change your resolution is to right click on your desktop. Then go to Properties, setting, and move the bar to your desired resolution.
