I vote no. Do we really need a tutorial on how to make tutorials? Not that it is bad to help people make tutorials, but I think it would be better off in the regular tutorial section, that way more people will see it, and help more people make better tutorials.

Why do we need a "how to make tutorials" tutorial in PREMIUM tutorials..when its the regular tutorials that need help...
