I voted yes since it has a rather nice outcome and the way he did it was quite interesting. I wouldn't hurt to add some colorization effects into it, but it's a good tutorial overall.
Umm Faith, you were nowhere near the first to submit. I am keeping it in complete order. Please dont do this again. Yes, you are certainly allowed to post sigs, but dont post yours. You are of no higher priority than anybody else; staff or not. Also one more note. For anyone that IS going to post tutorials, MAX LIMIT is 3 tutorials being rated at one time. This way, they all get done. As far as this tutorial.. I really like the outcome. Spelling/Grammer seems good, well written, easy to follow, etc. I vote a Yes.
Hate to say it but I voted no. Personally a tutorial in the premium tutorials should be nothing short of amazing. This is a good tutorial but I have seen many effects like this before. Personally I don't think it's qualified. Sorry Faith.09
well written, nice outcome. but maybe the text should be explained in the tutorial to. but i still vote a yes.
I vote yes because it's not just a normal tag tut and it is definately more useful than the others out there.
