Yay for a good one! And for that matter a good smudge tutorial! I like this one a lot very descriptive and the outcome isnt that bad for a smudge. Though i cant do this in ps7... I like it.

    Yes.

NOTHING in this tutorial is diffrent from any other smudge. There are much better outcomes of smudges. In this tut, all I learned was smudge and border..Oh and gradient bg. In other smudge tuts, there is alot of brushing, good text, better borders, etc. I dont think this is a premium smudge tut.

    No.

I agree. It's just a smudge tut with a poor outcome.

I really like the outcome on this tutorial and it was easy to follow. The presentation of the tutorial is good and the colors match the sig. I found one spelling mistake, it's a little confusing but nothing serious.

I think he meant to say you SHOULD have a layer with the full sig in it.

    Once again nothing really serious.

    My vote is yes.

This may just be the first tutorial in which 1 or 2 votes will Pass/Fail it.

im not much of a sig maker but i vote yes
as its different from most other sig tutorials that ive seen and is pretty easy to follow by the looks of it not to much text and dosent look to daunting when you open it up :)
