Again, with Kazuya's tutorials, they are perfectly written, good grammar, spelling, looks awesome, etc...But it was written kind of long ago I think..And IMO that whole sig, and the outcome is Novice. There are better Full Signature tutorials, again. Sorry Kazuya.

    My Vote: No.

Yeah, my vote is also no. The tut is too long to achieve that kind of sig. And the outcome looks novice like Master said. :P

I liked the outcome quite a bit. It showed some good steps that other people will be able to learn from and put into their work.

    Yes for me.

I'm going to say no also, at this point... I only read the first paragraph completely, and glanced at the rest of the tutorial. Like foozey said, it's a bit long for the given effects. Aside from that, I noticed at least 5 spelling/grammatical errors in that first paragraph and the couple following lines.

One that really bugged me. I've made... again. have is not needed as part of that contraction considering made already indicates a completed action. The correct term would be, I made this part for yada yada yada, you get my drift. ;)

Sorry to be such a grammar whore, but we must be scrutinous. ;)

    ^somebody slap him XD

sorry, but no, too much text, i dont really think anybody wants to go trough that much text to get a sig. result is, well, novice i'd say. tut is well written and with big detail, but i'd say too much detail on the text =P

I'm going to have to say yes.

The text part really brought me low on the scale, but i think that the skill it takes to make the rest of the signature should mean the person has an idea how to make the text. I usually skip the text parts, this one actually gives you an idea of how to make some decent text though and you should be able to expand it. To be honest when you look at some other conclusions, and others made by other members they dont look too bad. Theres one guy (Post on the third page) he posted his final and if you compare it to his current. My god it looks good.

A very descriptive outcome, basicaly tells you exactly what to do to get the outcome. I like it.

I'm working on it right now and if this turns out good, it would be quite a miracle.

Just so you guys know, if a tutorial isnt closed in this forum, that means you need to vote.

    Meaning, #6 and #9.

I vote no. It's well written, and it explains what you need to do well, but I don't think that the outcome is professional enough to be premium.

Yeah, I agree, so I'm going to have to say no as well. I do give him props for having it well written though
