I live in the UK. My older brother has imported a DS all the way from Hong Kong, and it is f'king awesome! So me and my other brother have decided to do the same thing. We're going to get a DS each, along with Super Mario 64 DS and Asphalt GT.

And here's some news about the DS.

Right, I feel like an arguement.

For the people that are fans of Sony, is there an actual point in buying a PSP, when basically it's a portable version of the PS2? - All it does, is play games on a par to the graphics that the Playstation 2 is capable of and produce - Can play Mp3 (seriously? I mean, omg! wtf is a portable Mp3 player for then?) and it can play Video / movies. Which will be a problem from the beginning, seeing as the media format that the PSP uses, is 'UMD'. Whereas, with the DS, you can get the Movie Player that has been released for the GBA, which works on the DS. It uses a format that is more easier to work with, when dealing with Movies. I think if I remember, it is SD Flash or something. =/

The DS is better than PSP in many ways.

    Ask yourself this question...

What would be more fun to play? - A handheld console, which has basically graphics on a par with it's daddy (Playstation 2 lol ), Can play Mp3, and movies, plus has WiFi capabilities

    or..

A handheld, created by the Company that has been in the Gaming Industry for over 20 years. Has never been defeated when it comes to the handheld market, and yet, thinks of unique and original ideas, of when it comes to gaming. Has introduced 'Touch - Screen' technology, Voice Recognition technology, WiFi and wireless multiplayer of up to 16 players and is backwards compatible with Game Boy Advance Games. The first game developer and hardware manufacturer to include 'Dual Screens', which all together, broadens the playability of a game on a tremendous scale...

    huh? >_>

The DS is cool because the touch screen is actually very precise, but the psp is going to blow it away graphics wise.

I seriously want to cause some damage to the people that mention that Nintendo create games for Kids.

You people do not know what "gaming" is all about.

The only reason you are attracted to this market, is for the immense technological advances in 'graphics' - ppffffttt....

The DS, will be on-line enabled, using 'Wifi' technology, and Nintendo will be announcing details of it soon. You will be able to download data and info from the Internet and of course, compete with other Nintendo DS users around the world.

Wow, the PSP has a memory card slot, want a blue peter badge? >_>

Nintendo will be releasing 'black' Nintendo DS's.

They've only released the silver for now, to keep up with the demand because manufacturing one colour, is quicker than 2.
