I'd avise you build and you know exactly what you're getting, OEMs like Dell and HP still have to make money despite costs like advertising and holding a staff. They get whatever is the most economical and push it on the consumer. The companies that dont' do that overcharge excessively. bear in mind that a card like the 8800GTS has 250% the VRAM that the PS3 does(640mb vram vs. the PS3 which has 256mb) and the core itself is a lot more powerful. example given your card is around 1/20th of an 8800. literally.
of course im gonna build my computer haha, all the other computer company's just raep people for money which could cost alot less
