Ps3 May Cost $900 Or Twice As Much As The Xbox 360

    All i have to say is thats way to much nobodys going to buy that for the fisrt year or so people will just prob. buy the 360 in stead. Thats just way to much for a system.. Next thing you know it the games will cost $100 if you know what i mean.

    Yeh, i'd estimate the price of the games to be around £60 -80 and i wont be buying one of these.

    I dont care about the price I care about the quality

    If its a quality machine i would get it no matter wha the price but cant be humungous like £1000 u see ;)

    If its gonna be $900, IMO, I think having a PC is better. It lasts longer and it has a pretty good load of games. So, if you want a PS3, but dont have the money, just get a computer. A custom built one, the one that I have right now is about $500 for all the stuff it has in it. And it's a pretty good PC, you just gotta know where to look for deals. In the end,a PC may be better anyways.

    But $900, Sony may loose money. I was looking forward to the PS3, but that's way too expensive.

    The only reason i want that damn thing is so I can play DMC4 :P But sadly im not gonna shell out 900 for my precious devilmaycry :(

    Its alot of money, and if they dont find a way to reduce it then sony are gonna lose alot of money, and the 360 will profit from it.

    if a system costs more than $500 and you are pretty much required to get more than what it already comes with (i dont mean games, everyone needs games) but for system, hard drive, controller and the basic cables for more than $500 i find isnt worth it. Crazy people with 360 on launch buying a HDTV.... GET IT FRIGGIN LATER N00BS!

    I can't wait for the PS3, I just hope it's out in the UK by Christmas 2006. Although the controller looks slightly like a boomerang. Meh, I'll still get it. I'm a huge Sony mark.

    they will definitly lose A LOT of money, i cant believe they put all that crap into it not even worrying about if the people will buy it for so much

    Lol well without all that "crap" then there wouldnt be a PS3. It looks good, but i love my 360.
