Whenever I try to do anything on Photoshop, it says my "scratch disks" are full. What does this mean? and what do I do?

Maybe get some more space in your harddrive?

Make sure your hard drive isnt full and then open photoshop and goto

    Edit>Preferences>Plugins & scratch disks

Then the preferences box pops up, on the box named first, just click the drop down box and click one of the selections (Hard drives)

If you have a partition or more than 1 hard drive in your computer, you can choose which ever you want, would probs be best choosing whichever has most space on it

    Hope this helped :)
