Promotional Or Not?

i'd change the background im sute the pattern wouldnt be to bad if you lightned up the background color to a lighter gray and set the pattern to like overlay or softlight. you might need to smooth it out cause it looks alittle pixelated but try the blending mode first.

also above the header image you have that white space thats like 120px high but only half of the height is being used with ur company name i'd say take like 40px off the height of that (so move every thing up 40px) and that would look better i think.

also the content area is empty not much color going on i'd say put some text in there and add colors to parts of it and see if that helps it might not help enough so u might need to add some color some where else in the content area.
