Yeah well does anyone know how to fix this.. its not me, its for my friend. Basically, whenever he opens photoshop even when he choses RGB 8 bit colours the default palette is set to GREEN and PURPLE instead of WHITE and BLACK.. so when he clicks on the purple only colours like blue, black, .. well.. it says this.. can someone give step by step instructions on how to fix it?
Have you tried resetting PS? To do so, while starting up hold down ctrl+alt+shift and it will ask for default settings and i'm not sure if you'll have to reload the brushes for him or not
he just installed it..its new so he doesnt have to worry about brushes.. k he did what you said and it says Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings File? ... so what now?
