Problem

    Everyone,

    Well, you see I have a Emachines, Windows XP. The problem is, saving images. For example, if I want to save a .jpg, the only option is only in .bmp format. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it.

    your cache is full. Goto tools - internet options - delete files (delete offline content)

    That should sort it out.
