Go to a website and try downloading a new theme or applying xp default. go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and load Luna.theme

Go to google and search windowblinds. Download it, and change the theme with it. It should be fixed....

o, press the MS key(between the ctrl and the alt) use the arrow keys to navigate to programs, press enterthen arrow kjeys to go to the accessories, then system tools then system restore. or go to start(through MS key) ad then get to run
type CMD and run msconfig you can hit Sys restore from there too

no need for creds. also nex time patch windows with the Ux thing, i did it.

EDIT: also windows blinds is crap and hogs resources.

you may also want to try right clicking anywhere on your desktop and clicking properties and then switching to a default theme and then after you get functionalabilit uninstall the damn thing

I'm trying the restore now, I couldn't do it before because I thought you could only do it through the CP, lol...It's restoring right now :) I appreciate it, if it works I'll +rep you since you said you don't require creds, and since rep is obviously worth more in the long run ;)

I was using StyleXP, but it was only supposed to be temporary, then I got too lazy to remove it :( Oh well, lesson learnt, hope the restore works...

EDIT: Didn't work :( I'm going to have to do a full reformat this weekend :(
