    its a section in the forum that you can only acess if you make 15 posts in 15 days on the forum

    well u dotn need 15 days but 15 posts well i got in that forum for gettin 15 posts

    Its more like if you havent made 15 posts in the last 10 days (its been changed) then you wont be able to access it. It stops people gaining access to every part of the site for life after they make 15 posts.
