yeah they are starting to tighten up on some of that stuff, cause now they have set that you must have 10 posts before even being able to look in the sig request forum.

You need 15 posts in the last 15 days. If you havent made that many posts within that time period then you can't access it. The reason this is done is to stop people rushing to 15 posts, then not having to post ever again to get full access to the site. The section is a basically a bonus for active members.
