Fingers crossed they get out of it O.K, my bro was in an drink driving accident and he broke his collar bone and rib, and he is fine, hopefully the same will happen to your grandparents. Edit: Holy ----! your grandma must be wrecked. Hopefully those injusries heal over time, but if i were you, don't be always thinking about it, because then if something bad ahppens, you will be huge emotional wreck, but still, hoping she is fine.
I don't usually attend church, but my friend who i show this site does, nd well his dad was a pastor, so we all have said a prayer of dinner for your grandma. Sorry to say the dinner was just pizza, but we did anyway. Best wishes.
