did you buy the template from klimax, if so it was for a contest and vogue said to use that banner. So klimax did, he sold the template but you have no rights to the banner.

Look, I understand you think you bought the banner. I never sold it though. Klimax used the banner as example for me on his template. But i refused to buy his template, because it wasn't something i was looking for.

I hate excuses like vogue is gone now, so who cares. Because i quit gfx ( and probably will be back in some weeks/months) it won't say you may use my stuff. I don't care so much about the banner, because it actually was already an image, i just put eightmuppets on it as example for my forum. But I DO care about the name of your site. It is ripping a sitename and i think that is really dumb.

You can buy my eightmuppets.com if you like to, I don't think it's online now since the host has problems.

You used my name and that is stupid. I will contact any higher things, because everything of the name is ripped. Even the capitals: eightMUPPETS and my banner.

FlagPoleSitta didnt do anything wrong... he broght the template, he thought he owned the logo but it looks like he didnt so thats not his folt... as for the site he has full rights to use the site unless vogue. has legal documents showing he is the legal owner of the words eightMUPPETS
if he dosnt he has no rights over the name and therefor the name can be used by any one who wants to use it

 

I know... but I really dont want to be that a-hole, so i am offering to buy his domain and the "Right" or whatever he says he has of the name so he will calm down. He just seems to get more and more pissed each time...
