    Ok, forget what I asked, I downloaded a theme, and everything worked except the task bar. It was supposed to change but it didn't change to the right one, someone help me out?

    Just search "Windowsblinds" on google. It's by "Stardock". Good luck, and have fun. :)

    no i mean i went to www.themexp.org and i downloaded a theme..but after i download it wat do i do???
