I have made my site into my protfolio. I have been working on this design ALL DAY, so please give me some critique :)

if you are trying to view some of the templates that are listed, some of them won't look right as I just moved them and some sources need to be altered and all of that stuff

so? tell me what you think :)

    looking foreward to your comments

and as always from me, the site is totally constructed from code and is a CSSp design, there are a total of 3 images excluding the little 290x100 snippets in the list

Hmm the page was ( slow internet cause of wireless... ) and i liked the user-interface but i did expected an white bg or something like that.

but even without that, i must say i like the site alot. it's clean simple and the interface is looking good.
it's a great portfolio site in use!

thanks man, glad you enjoyed it.

but, if anyone has some kind of idea for the left image, I could really use it as I am not really into the bunches of planes

    thanks in advanced

like the idea, bit confusing at the start. Also loose the underline on the links at the top. :) I think it would look better

    alright, no underlines...

I think part of the reason it's confusing is that image...which I need ideas for becasue I am in the dark on it...

Yeah I quite like it, the simplicity is good and I like the general layout.

I think it could use another colour though, it needs a little bit more excitment but don't think that i'm saying it's bland. Also, I'm not really sure about those planes but I can't really think what to put there.

Generally though, I think it's pritty good, keep it up. The design is near perfect for it's use imo.

Make the border on the images a rollover, so when the mouse goes over, make it turn #D4F1F3 (lighter blue) or maybe a new color like a orange or something. Then you could use the new color to add some more excitment maybe?

Looking pretty good :) As a few people said it's very blue and grey.

I like the idea that phil suggested, but maybe the opposite of that - So when you mouseover the border dissapears. Also maybe making the borders a slightly different colour. Again as phil suggested, i also think orange would look good.

As for the planes, yes they are a little distracting, too eye catching. Maybe leave that space for a picture of you, or maybe a sample of your work in there as well.

Overall i really like the concept It looks clean and simple. Good job

well, I don't like the planes either, and I agree with it being too teal and grey. I am just stumped on otehr colours that'd look good, but thanks for your suggestions I may try them out later.

@embrace: the over-sized titles are supposed to be in a non-computer-default font yet it doesn't show like that yet, I am working on it, the oversized verdana is temporary.

and as for putting myself or my work on the left...no :P. I want a little backgorund image to make look more interesting, before it looked so bland I would shoot myself.I just want a little background image right there but I am stumped on a theme for it.

so suggestions still welcome and thanks for the comments :)
