    nope my windows firewall is off and so is my zone alarm

    Is than internal ISA firewall your ISP provides? If so you need to call your ISP, that's what I did.

    NO its not your gateway. Go to ipconfig in cmd and put in what it says for "Ip Address". John you might be trying to help but make sure you put the right info in before you post.
