I think the point of life has been skewed. We only have one life... and we're spending it working just for money? Meh. I for one am going to enjoy my life. I'm going to go for my true dream... Money ISN'T what I live for. I live to make this world a better place, even if it's impossible... at least I can try.
Pertaining to death... you can't imagine what its like. Literally. Our minds work 3 dimensionally and after you die you either lose all perception of those dimensions, or some new ones are introduced. So... the concept of us floating around in an infinite black void is kinda off. It might not be black... or have any colour at all.. Sorry, got off track. I'm a blockedistian, 'nuff said. Being a blockedistian is good in the fact that it gives some sort of meaning to living; having something after death. (LOL, its blocks me words! Darn... >_> You can fill in the blanks though I think...) I don't force that on anyone but it aside from being my truth, it makes me feel not-so-apprehensive about dying. Bring on Death! Woot. No... I'd like to do some things before I die.... Erm... What was the question? Oh yeah. Well, the point is, you have to bring about others the reality that there is life after death, to prevent this exact type of thinking. Not that its bad, but it'd be nice not to have those thoughts anyways. *Is completely off track*
See. I feel less scared about death because im not a Kwistian, because with Kwistianity you lead a bad life then go to hell, and you have to worry about that. With atheism, I don't care either way
