make a new layer, make it black and the bottom layer. just zoom in, grab the polygonal laso tool. go around the outside of the car removing any white bits, press delete and they will disappear.

just ctrl + click on the car layer, go to Select --> Modify --> Contract and set it to 1 pxl then right click on the picture, inverse it and hit delete (make sure your on the car layer) easier than the first way
