    Fairly certain thats allowed, he wasnt advertising a site, merely trying to sell his wares.

    Yeah by the looks of it hes just trying to sell you something. But if he sent it many times then I'd say its abuse.

    I wouldn't say that. He's just trying to let people know about the product/service he is trying to sell/provide.
    I do it all the time when I am selling, I just let alot of my close friends know on MSN.
